It's so much more layered than a simple mahjong game on my phone – makes me wonder how they translate 'flight paths' into actual flavors, and that US Cocktail Bar of the Year award sure adds to the allure!

The idea of the Monarch Bar drawing inspiration from butterfly migration is really interesting, especially how it ties flavor to geography. It actually made me think about unwinding in my free time with something light, like playing Subway Surfers , which is always a fun and relaxing way to switch off for a bit.

The Monarch Bar’s unique approach to cocktails sounds fascinating, especially with the layered smoke infusion. I’ll definitely check it out during my next trip to Kansas City and explore more about it at miside.
