The Cheers Beverage Excellence Awards are back after a five-year hiatus, and they have awarded The Monarch Bar in Kansas City the country's "Most Innovative Beverage Program" (Independent Category) The BevX Awards celebrate full-service chain restaurants and independently owned establishments, for their beverage program’s creativity, originality, and impact on sales and profitability. All winners have demonstrated superior quality and innovation, the highest levels of staff service and training, and an overall commitment to their unique beverage initiatives.
Congratulations to Brock Schulte, Bar Director, and the entire bar team at the Monarch for another outstanding achievement in the industry.
