As Parlour Manager for The Monarch, Kenny Cohrs will design The Parlour cocktail menu and help ensure a lively, hospitable experience for guests.

Cohrs has perfected his skill in over a decade in the industry, most recently as the lead bartender at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar.


Previously, Cohrs has contributed his talents to prominent bars throughout the city, including Manifesto and Café Trio, and has held leadership roles with the United States Bartenders' Guild Kansas City chapter.
